Our story

Pastavera: a tradition of freshness since 1987

Pastavera began its journey in 1987, when a passion for authentic, artisanal Italian cuisine inspired its founders to open a small fresh pasta shop. What began as a humble family business quickly became a local favorite, known for producing high-quality fresh pasta prepared daily according to centuries-old Italian traditions.

The shop became known for its wide variety of fresh pastas, from classic spaghetti and fettuccine to ravioli stuffed with gourmet fillings. Pastavera also made a name for itself with its signature lasagna, made with layers of homemade pasta sheets, rich sauces, and the freshest ingredients, all baked to perfection. Over time, demand for these artisanal products grew, as did the shop’s loyal clientele.

As the business grew, Pastavera introduced catering services, offering freshly prepared meals for special occasions, family gatherings and corporate events. Whether it’s a simple platter of lasagna for a small gathering or a full assortment of pasta dishes for a large event, the catering service carries the same commitment to quality and authentic flavors.

More than three decades later, Pastavera continues to uphold its original values of freshness and the authentic taste of Italy, making it a staple in the community.
